Act now to nominate a young activist in your team for the Kofi Annan NextGen Democracy Prize!
The Kofi Annan Foundation and the Democracy & Culture Foundation recently invited you to nominate a young activist for the inaugural Kofi Annan NextGen Democracy Prize.
Time is running out to nominate a young leader who actively supports democracy for this prestigious prize. With just a few days left until the nomination deadline on midnight CET, 31 March 2023, we urge you to take action now and send your nominee.
As a reminder, we are seeking nominations of young leaders from all nationalities aged between 18 and 30 for the inaugural Kofi Annan NextGen Democracy Prize.
The prize, which will be awarded annually, recognises exceptional leadership shown by young activists in defending, renewing and promoting democracy.
Notification of the awardee will be made by July 2023. And the winners shall be unveiled and celebrated with the prize of $10,000 USD at THE ATHENS DEMOCRACY FORUM IN JULY, 2023.
